Hi there, I’m Tamaryn.

I’m here for those wanting an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, to form healthy new habits, and perhaps for a practice that complements other modalities of self-care such as therapy or counseling.

I offer a variety of mindfulness sessions – one-to-one, group, corporate coaching, and nature walks.

What’s the Nature bit about?

I love the natural world – yes everything in our modern lives originally comes from nature, but I really love the beauty and rejuvenation I feel being around trees, plants, animals, and fresh air.
Combining work on mental health with nature immersion just makes sense to me. That’s why I have designed a course that incorporates nature into a mindfulness practice.

Nature doesn’t want anything from you. It just is.
